Our fees are fixed in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971. Appointments for legal advice which do not require the opening of a case are invoiced at the end of the appointments according to the time spent on the basis of a previously defined hourly rate. In the event that the file is entrusted to the Firm, the first meeting will be included in the attorney fees agreed between the Firm and the client. When the case is opened, a written fee estimation is established taking into account the nature and degree of complexity and difficulty of the case, as well as the estimated time to be spent on.
