Le conseiller du salari\u00e9 est un conseiller ext\u00e9rieur qui intervient aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du salari\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il est convoqu\u00e9 \u00e0 un entretien pr\u00e9alable au licenciement, lorsque ce dernier travaille dans une entreprise d\u00e9pourvue de repr\u00e9sentants du personnel.
