6. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data processed by CLARÉ LEGAL is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Clients’ personal data collected for the provision of our services is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship between the firm and the client. Beyond that, the data is archived for the period during which the firm’s liability could be called into question before the data is permanently deleted (five years, unless a longer statute of limitations applies).

7. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects have, subject to applicable legal conditions, the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to restrict processing and to object to the processing of such data.
