Akiko Nagasawa is a graduate of University of Tokyo (LL.B) in Japan and holds a BA and a LL.M in International human rights law of University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
After having worked at UNESCO, Akiko joined SACEM (society of authors of music) and several Paris-based IP firms (Lavoix) and auction houses (Drouot, Artcurial) focusing on litigious and commercial matters in intellectual property rights. She currently handles contentious and non-contentious issues in commercial law (goodwill, contracts), intellectual property, real estate (commercial leases, transactions) and civil law.
